When developing the feed system described below, Automations Robotic placed great emphasis on modularity. All modules integrated into the system can be easily omitted entirely or adapted to other tray sizes or production machines.
Description of the feed system:
The full pallets are deposited in the depalletizing stations by an autonomous transport system. After removal from the pallet, ID verification (bar code verification) is performed first, followed by removal of the tray lid and a preliminary inspection. A robot is used to unload the tray and feed the products to the infeed conveyor of the downstream inspection machine.
The empty trays and lids are automatically transported to the outlet for reuse.
OUTFEED SYSTEM
When developing the outfeed system described below, Automations Robotic placed great emphasis on modularity. All modules integrated into the system can be easily omitted entirely or adapted to other tray sizes or production machines.
Description of the outfeed system:
The inspected containers are loaded into empty trays at the outlet of the inspection machine. After closing the trays with the lid, the full trays are sealed with a printed label and palletized again. The full pallets are removed from the palletizing stations by an autonomous transport system.
