As part of a complete inspection line, Automations Robotic GmbH was able to contribute and implement many of its excellent experiences and skills, such as
- De-palletizing and palletizing
- Unloading of unstable containers from flexible cassettes to a downstream machine using a partially patented unloading system
- Loading of unstable containers into flexible cassettes from an upstream machine using a partially patented loading system
- 2-D and 3-D image processing systems for various applications
- Linking the system with machines from other suppliers to form a complete high-performance production line.
INLET SYSTEM
When developing the infeed system described below, Automations Robotic placed great value on modularity. All modules integrated in the system can either be left out completely or adapted to other tray sizes or production machines without great effort.
Description of the infeed system:
The full pallets are fed by an autonomous Transport system deposited in the de-palletizing stations. After removal from the pallet, an ID verification (bar code verification) is carried out, followed by the removal of the tray lid and a pre-inspection. The tray is unloaded with the help of a robot and the products are fed to the infeed belt of the downstream inspection machine.
The empty trays and the lids are automatically transported to the outfeed for reuse.
OUTPUT SYSTEM
When developing the outlet system described below, Automations Robotic placed great value on modularity. All modules integrated in the system can either be left out completely or adapted to other tray sizes or production machines without great effort.
Description of the outfeed system:
The inspected containers are loaded into empty trays at the outfeed of the inspection machine. After the trays have been closed with the lid, the full trays are closed with a printed label and palletized again. The full pallets are removed from the palletizing stations by an autonomous transport system.
