Schleifzellen für Aluminium-Druckgussbauteile
Aluminium ist ein ganz besonderes Metall. Das Leichtmetall ist gekennzeichnet durch spezielle Eigenschaften bei spanender Bearbeitung. Das gilt natürlich auch für das Schleifen. Für optimale Oberflächenergebnisse müssen bestimmte Bearbeitungsregeln eingehalten und Schleiftechniken angewendet werden.
Hierzu hat AR eine eigene Software entwickelt, wodurch der Bediener flexibel auf die Rohteilqualität reagieren kann.
